Battleship New Jersey clean up project
 
Perserving history is an ongoing responsibility. The WWII battleship was launched December 7, 1942 and served the Navy until it was decommisioned Febraury 8, 1991. The battleship New Jersey now resides in Camden, NJ where it acts as a tool for teaching about life as a sailor during the time that the ship served.

The upkeep of a small boat is hard enough, just imagine having to maintain a battleship. Techincal Services Mid Atlantic helped to clean the teak decks of the Battleship New Jersey using ultra high-pressure hand lances.
